It helps to include your phone model, OS version, the game version (at the bottom of Settings), your in-game name and what you were doing when it happened.
I ran out of chips. A daily bonus arrives every day you log in; when you can't afford the smallest table, rescue chips are given every few hours. Practice is always free.
My connection dropped mid-match. A chip match against bots keeps its result on your phone and adds it to your account when you reconnect. At an online table a bot plays your seat for a while; come back and you sit at the same table.
Can I move my progress to another phone? Yes. Get the code from "Move account" on the Profile screen and enter it in the same place on the new phone.
